It's Monday Here's What I'm Reading

Monday, January 3, 2011

It's the  first Monday in 2011 and what a great way to start this first week of the new year but with Shelia @ One Person's Journey Through a World of Books fun Monday meme.

Unfortunately, I am sorry to say that I am not looking forward to this Monday, since it's back to work today. I am really going to miss all the free time I have been spending reading.

Teenie by Christopher Grant
Emako Blue by Brenda Woods
No Way Out by Peggy Kerns

The Lost Weekend by Savita Kalhan
Real Mermaids Don't Wear Toe Rings by Helene Boudreau

Jumper Chronicles Quest for Merlin's Map by W. C. Peever

Tempestuous by Lesley Livingston

Real Mermaid Don't Wear Toe Rings by Helene Boudreau

Cloaked by Alex Flinn

I have quite a few reviews to write  and hope to get them done this week.  I also need to get a new audio book started and am not sure what to choose next. Any suggestions?

Finally, there is only one more day left to enter the final giveaway in my 21 Day Blogoversary & Birthday Bash for a signed ARC copy of Cloaked by Alex Flinn, here.

Hi Jan, thanks for visiting my blog. I left some info about The Last New Year's Eve of Humanity, but I don't know if it's translated into English.

You read a lot! What a relaxing holiday. But life calls and it's back to work.

Happy reading!

Back to school...I am not dreading it, because I love my students and my job, but I will miss the reading time and the relaxation. February will be here soon!

Have a great week back!

Mrs Nimby was one of my favorites as a kid.

The mermaid book sounds great.

Ooooh Mermaid! I'm dying to read that one! I would suggest an audio book, but I'm not the best when it comes to audio books ;)

I was back at work today too Jan... of course, I was only off for the weekend... no bonus time off but I feel like I could really use it. :)

You had an awesome reading week! I love days when I can just relax and read.

I love the name of Teenie! My grandmother is sometimes called that, more from her name than her size, although she is pretty teenie in size too! I also like the title of the Mermaid book. I'm going to have to check it out! Enjoy your week!

I liked the start of the Jumper Chronicles series too. I didn't get as much reading last week. I have been sick with a cold and I was traveling.

What a great week! I'm envious, I wish I'd finished even half as many! Going back to work is definitely disappointing when it keeps you from reading, I feel that way every week.

I still haven't read the sequel to Wondrous Strange although I liked that first book.

I enjoyed your review of Real Mermaids Don't Wear Toe Rings. I definitely plan to read it after seeing how much you liked it!

I hope you enjoy your reading this week and that your first few days back at school have been good.
